Data deletion policy

You can delete your Fliksha account yourself. We confirm it is you with the same Google account you used to sign in before any data is removed.

Delete from your account

1. Sign in and open your account.
2. Choose confirm with Google. Sign in to the Google account already saved on this profile.
3. The account is deleted when that Google account matches.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email, and sign-in.
• One-time codes stored for that mobile number or email.
• Your name, mobile, email, delivery address, gift notes, and uploaded photographs on past orders.

What we keep

We keep the order number, amounts, payment status, and fulfillment status without your contact details. We need those records for tax, refunds, and courier disputes. Razorpay may keep its own payment record under the Razorpay privacy policy. We do not keep your photograph after the account is deleted.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@fliksha.in from the address on the order, or message us on WhatsApp from the mobile number on the order, and ask us to delete the account. We reply to that same address or number before deleting anything.
