Privacy policy

Fliksha makes personalized photo lamps, name lamps, divine pieces, magnets, and nameplates to order in India. This page explains what we collect when you browse, create an account, or place an order, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, and the email on the Google account you use to sign in.
• Delivery address, city, state, and PIN code on an order.
• Photographs, names, and notes you give us so we can print your piece and send a design preview.
• Order details: items, amounts, coupon, payment method, and fulfillment status.
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by Fliksha.

Why we use it

We use this information to make and ship your order, show a design preview, send order updates, and answer support messages. We do not sell your photographs, name, mobile number, or address. We do not use your photographs in ads.

How long we keep it

Account details stay until you delete the account. Photographs and personalization notes stay for as long as we need them to finish the order and handle a reprint you request. Payment and order records may be kept in a form that no longer identifies you where we need them for tax, refunds, or a courier dispute. See the data deletion policy.

Who we share it with

We share only what a partner needs to do their job: Google to confirm your sign-in, Razorpay for payments, our courier for delivery, and WhatsApp or email for order updates. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can update your name from your account. You can delete the account after confirming with Google. You can also write to hello@fliksha.in to ask what we hold or to correct it.
