Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse Fliksha, create an account, or place an order for a personalized keepsake. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

Pieces are made to order in India after you approve the design preview, unless a product page says otherwise. Prices are in Indian rupees and include the charges shown at checkout. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Your photograph and name

You confirm you have the right to use every photograph, name, and message you send us. The approved preview is the reference we print. Fliksha may refuse artwork that is unlawful or that uses someone else's brand without permission. Personalized goods are made for you, so they are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Damage or a print that does not match the preview you approved is covered on the returns page. Dispatch times are on the shipping page.

Accounts

Sign-in uses your Google account. You may delete your account from the account page after confirming with that same Google account. Details are in the privacy policy and the data deletion policy.

The shop

Product photographs on the site are examples. Your finished piece uses your own photograph or name. We may correct a price or description error before accepting an order, and we may cancel an order we cannot fulfil. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the amount you paid.

Liability

Fliksha is not liable for courier delays after handover, or for loss that comes from a photograph or message you supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
